I love the Good Greens bars...raspberry is my fave. I eat one every late morning to tide me over until lunch and it does the trick!

Welcome! I just started MFP again after a hiatus of different programs. I too am a yoyo dieter and support/adds are welcome :smiley: My family just started a Biggest Loser competition and my husband and I are on the same team! I am VERY competitive so I'm hoping this is going to work...so far so good! You've got this!
