I have never had an issue with my ChargeHR and have worn it 24 hr/day since last September. My sister's had the button fall out after a month and found it always finicky with charging etc. They replaced it immediately for her with no grief.

I started with the FitBit One and I loved it. After a year I recycled it and my daughter is using it and I upgraded to the ChargeHR. I love how it shows me in graphs my heart rate when I do interval training etc. It keeps me accountable to myself. It syncs well with MFP. I am thinking of getting the Blaze for my birthday…

Finally! Thank you NancyN795 ... Signing onto the main website and going to the Apps, then Steps in the submenu and resetting it worked for me too. :)
