Is it true that your body adapts to that 6k-10k of steps each day so it doesn't "count" as activity?

Beans, brown rice, tuna. does cottage cheese count as milk and cheese to you?

I prefer to say I eat and train instead of diet and exercise. I'm not sure why but I feel slighted every single time I get offered something that I don't want to waste any calories on, I say no, and they go thats right you are on a DIET. It's like a subtle diss.

When it comes to the goal setting process, I have one suggestion. Start with process goals as opposed to outcome goals. That has worked for me. For example weigh and log everything you eat and drink for the next thirty days. Or walk for 15 minutes 3 times per week for thirty days.

I do not find it difficult to lose weight. I am an expert at it. I've lost several hundred pounds in the last 10 years. I just seem to find it again. I want to learn to keep it off.
