  • I did the 21 day fix without doing shakeology. I will honestly say that it was pretty great will helping portion control. However, its extremely tedious and time consuming measuring out, matching colors to food, ect ect. (And I used to be a huge food planner) I wouldnt say its worth the money unless you have time.…
  • What types of things did you end up buying? Packaged? Fresh? Organic? That will be a huge indicator. We usually spend about 50-60 for my husband and I both.

  • I use regular ranch but less than normal and add red wine vinegar. Its such a yummy combo and helps the ranch spread.

  • My biggest concern is calories burned during workouts. I literally do everything from elliptical to boxing to cycling to weight lifting. I spend an effortless 20 min on the elliptical and it shows 300-400 burned. I would just prefer a more accurate count. What would be suggested for workouts only?
  • I guess I should have elaborated. I had a fitbit, which calculated calories all day.. returned it wayyyy back due to the recall. I didnt have it long enough to really judge it. I want a calorie counter.. I dont care much about heart rate monitor but I know many are combined calorie/HR.
