If it’s caused by chronic dehydration as you suggest, the specific types of food you eat may not matter.

I have one almost every day, usually white chocolate raspberry 😋

Did you look on the list of supported devices? If it’s not there, you can’t sync it.

You lose weight by sticking to your calorie goals. Did you set your stats in MFP, weigh and log all your food? What has your doctor suggested re the back pain? I agree with suggestions to see a PT. If that doesn’t help, there are injections and nerve ablation available to assist with chronic back pain.

Set up Your stats in MFP, set loss to 1 lb per week, then see what it gives you for calories. Get a good s ale, weigh and log all your food. Use the first week as a baseline, don’t worry about calories, then start working toward your calorie goals in week 2. Start walking 10 min per day, and add 5 min each week or as…

REI if possible because I can try them on and they have a great return policy and I earn a rebate.

There aren’t many people with that flat of a stomach! Any online pics you see have probably been photoshopped 🙄

If you were logging for very long, you probably have a good idea of what you ate to stay within your calories goals. You could even print some past good diaries to guide you at times when you can weigh and log all your good. It’s mostly about portion control. For example, if you had 2 eggs for breakfast, a salad for lunch,…

Were these weights taken on the same scale at the same time of day, or are you using a different scale at college?

It’s probably because you’re retaining water due to high sodium foods in the weekend. By the time you shed it, you’re back to another weekend. If you’re in calorie deficit, you should still see an overall net decrease in weight.

This app has a world wide audience. You might find a partner faster by checking some local resources, including your gym and neighborhood pages. Just be careful about how you meet up with random people met online.

Just focus on getting better. A few days won’t matter in the long run. Get back on your regular plan once you’re feeling better. 🤗

You describe some effects that are characteristic of depression. Consider talking to your doctor and starting on a mild antidepressant.

I also like to make calendars of my photos each year. I often make for friends I’ve done activities with. They’re always appreciated and a lot of fun! My pics aren’t nearly as nice as yours🤗

2 hr is a lot of walking. Have you been doing this since March or did you start recently? If you just started, then would be a huge amount of walking for anyone conditioned to it. If you’ve been doing this since March and only recently became fatigued, I’d check with the doctor. Your knee pain makes me wonder if you are…

Exercise mats are thicker, shorter, and less grippy. I like them for some things because it’s cushier, but if doing yoga, I’ve found I prefer the length and additional grip of a yoga mat.
-
I try to stay away from them and those calories on chocolate.

I hope it’s just soreness. The way to prevent it would be to alternate rest days and build up your volume more slowly.

The purpose of BMI is not to tell a specific individual how much they should weigh. BMI uses standard weight status categories that can help doctors to track weight status across populations and identify potential issues in individuals. It gives a rather large weight range at that. Many of us use it as a general guide for…

In addition to some of the above items, I’ll add a Poached egg pan and spiralizer

Why are you eating do far under your calculated allowance? Set up MFP correctly and eat your full allowance plus some of your exercise calories.

I keep recipes in Word and pdf files on my computer. Easy to search and print off.

You don’t have to train everyday. Set a schedule you can do, then plan it into your day regardless of how you “feel”. The motivation usually comes 10-15 min into the workout for me.

Great job! Keep taking those progress pics! If you’re not already doing so, take full body pics front back and side. It made me cringe at first, but they provided lots of motivation during my journey snd into maintenance.
