Slow and steady wins the race! All the best man!

WTF?!? That's a good way to look like an idiot and get hurt in the meantime.
-
The stepper kicks my butt every time. I hate it, but love the results.
-
Holy smokes! Nice food intake. I'm jealous! Looks good to me. Try and slow down on any extra cardio, and just be consistent.
-
I'll do conventional on back day, and sumo on leg day.
-
I don't want to sound mean, but give some other stuff a try. You'd be surprised with some of the stuff you don't like. I'm sure any gym would have someone willing to help you out.

I was just making a joke. If you're not lactose-tolerant, try more dairy. That packs a punch when I'm trying to add easy calories. Or any complex carb.
-
I haven't read the whole thread, but I seem to drop body fat at maintenance.
-
Open up your diary to the public. I can bet you money you're not eating enough. Men should not have a problem gaining weight. Trust me.
-
400 calories a day is ridiculous for anyone. Sounds like you're just being too lazy to eat.
-
It takes less time to log foods than it does to write them down. I usually spend less than 5 minutes a day, total, logging my food. Congrats on your progress so far!!
-
Honestly, just get what tastes good. As long as you're not sucking down a dozen shakes a day, just use them when you're in a pinch and need protein. Don't sweat the "healthiest option."
-
Awesome! All the best!!
-
Cellucor for me. Best flavors in my opinion.
-
You can do a dexa scan. I think I pay $20-30 every 6 months to track my body fat.
-
It's a scam.
-
Open up your diary to the public, so we can see. Odds are, you're not tracking properly.
-
Consistency is the key. All the best!

Ms. Dash is my homegirl.

Bingo. I used to do ZERO sugar years ago. Now I do around 80g a day. I still stay pealed. Only difference is that I can enjoy the foods that I want daily, like ice cream and cereal.
-
Don't sweat it so much. Just because you're 3 weeks in, and down 6lbs, you're body is just getting used to this new lifestyle. Keep at it, and results will continue.

I used to get them bad when I started running. I started foam rolling them twice a day and stretching them before and after I ran. They eventually went away.
-
Yikes! According to my Polar HRM, I can smoke 600+ calories in an hour lifting weights.
-
Its all going to depend on intensity, rest between sets, rep range and how heavy the weight is (in relation to what's heavy for you). I also seem to burn more on leg days opposed to upper body.
-
Amazing!! I've been addicted to Fruit Loops with marshmallows lately.
-
What's wrong with cereal? I eat 1-2 servings of it every day.
-
Yea, I stopped reading the post after "Dr. Oz."
-
No food is going to "burn fat."
-
Honestly, it all comes down to how bad you want it. You'll find during your journey that some people only "kinda want it," or want the quick fix.

Have 2 sleeves and my legs done. Not one regret :)
