Yup! Once I switched over to Cellucor, I can't see myself getting any other brand. Seriously, all the flavors are delicious! Right now I'm on the Smores kick.

If you're not drained by the end of the day, and losing weight, keep at it. You're probably losing that amount because of putting your body through a brand new routine. It will eventually taper off, and you'll just have to adjust accordingly.

Open up your diary, and let us see. I bet you're doing something wrong. Not to rain on you, but you didn't gain 20lbs of muscle. Some professionals are only able to gain 10-12lbs. of muscle a year. Since you started working out again, you probably are just holding much more water. It's all calories in vs. calories out. Not…

If you're hungry after working out, eat. If not, don't. It honestly isn't going to make a difference. Focus on your daily nutrition goals instead.

I know people that workout fasted, and some that workout with a full stomach (me). Both yield the same results. I'm hungry as hell afterwards, so I always eat a big meal then.

I'm outta here...

Great insight! Anyways, I have the FT7. I love it and I use it to log my weight training and cardio. Whether people say it's accurate or not, it helped me reach my goals.

WTF?!
-
Ha!

I need a beer. I'm going to wash off the can off before I drink it, so it's clean.

Sent! :)

Nice! Keep it up!

So the opposite of your diary before you closed it?

I usually stretch and warm up for 15 minutes before any session. My sets vary, depending on how I feel. There's no right or wrong way. Just listen to your body.
-
Check out Skinny Cow ice cream. My go-to snack.
-
I eat 250-300g a day and I lose weight.
-
BOOM!

Multi's don't make you dizzy. It's something else. Make sure you're hydrated, and try and take them with food.
-
I get close to 50g of fiber a day. My diary is open.
-
Oh, I forgot. Quest bars too. Those things are deadly :)
-
During my contest prep, I do 3 sets of abs once a week. That just goes to show you it comes down to diet and body fat percentage.
-
That's what I like to hear! People think I'm crazy when I make pizza and ice cream fit into my macros. Kudos to you!
-
Low carbs? Never heard of that. :p
-
Exactly. Too crazy of a change is going to frustrate you and put you back where you started. Start small, and work towards those goals.
-
I honestly only do 4oz of meat at a time too. I can easily get 150-200g a day. My main sources are eggs, peanut butter, steak, and chicken. Don't forget, a lot of your complex carbs have protein in them, especially whole grains.
-
Sent! All the best on your goals
-
Exactly. Don't sweat the sugar with your diet. Focus on your macro nutrients.
-
Slow and steady wins the race!
-
Awesome! All the best on your journey. MFP seems to hold me a bit more accountable.

I use a heart rate monitor to track calories burned while weight training. It's a Polar FT7.
