No. You feel drained and moody. I'm currently cutting weight at 248 carbs a day- and I feel great and my strength is up. I'll never do low carb dieting again. At the end of the day, calories matter the most.

I love blueberries in my oats! And it's also filing for me.

Weight training is the key. You'd be surprised how much core is involved with weights. If yo need some extra ideas, try planking.
-
No. I'd rather workout, than skip a workout in order to weigh in the next day. Unless you're a competitor, keep working out and don't beat yourself up on the scale.

Best advice for anything you eat. :)

Nice work!

Shakeology is a marketing scam.

QUIT FEEDING THE TROLL. This is obviously a joke.

To me, it all comes down to overall calorie burn. I feel I can burn more calories in a shorter time doing interval training vs. steady-state cardio. I still do both, depending on my mood or the time of day. 10lbs. in 2 weeks is going to come down to your diet for the most part. Lifting weights does NOT make you gain…

All the best on your journey! It's quite addicting.

You have to ask how to gain fat? This has to be a joke.

Open your diary up, and we can probably see where you're going wrong. Are you honestly and accurately weighing your food?

Save your money

Bad? No. Meal timing is irrelevant. Total daily calories are what counts.

I have a Polar FT7, which I love! I think it was $119. My wife has the FT4 model which is about $100. Both are great options.

What about your water intake? Do you get enough before and during your workout?

Best username ever!

You're body needs the extra calories for fuel when you exercise. Just add a few, and tweak as you see fit.

HA! B)

I wear a Polar heart rate monitor, and it's MUCH different than the number MFP spits out for me. Accuracy is the key.

I can't recommend Skinny Cow ice cream enough. I have it worked into my weekend food diary.

Although I don't drink as much as I used to these days, I actually log my booze. During my preps, I cut it out completely, and I notice a difference right from the start.

Outside of people that have Celiac, I'd keep gluten in your diet. The Gluten-free diet myth has been debunked quite a few times.
-
Yikes! I'll think twice when I complain about half that. Stay safe!

Akron, OH here!

Im in the Akron area, and I've been itching to run outside. We have about 8-10 inches since Sunday :(

Who said I was attacking you? Lighten up. You're seeking help, and I gave you my advice a few times.

The obvious is her not even owning a food scale.

Agreed! I log my cheat meals and make them fit it into my daily calories.
