Hi, you should be able to put your measurements in. I think if you go into the progress menu, where is says weight click the arrow and it think it says waist, neck and hips or something g like that and that's where you can put your measurements.

Well I have done it, I av brought some scales...it is some physical as well to look at when all you want to do is eat chocolate and junk :)

I am having the same problem of getting scales or not...don't want to become obsessive but also want to see if what I am doing is working! I am in debate with myself currently ... Half says yes other half says no. My mum never let scales in the house as she would b obsessive, will I be the samw?! ... :s

I have really bad cravings for sweet sugary things and CHOCOLATE is at the top of the list but I remain strong and try my hardest to stay in my limit. :)

Thank you, i am getting on the wii fit and looking at a spinning bike so hopefully that will help. With working in an office worker i don't get a lot of activity during the day.
