I'm new to my fitness pal and have decided to give it a go after many failed fad diets and just want to loose the weight I need to and then maintain it. I'm currently 219lbs I'm not looking for a quick fix more of a lifestyle change. I have been given a 1400 calorie daily limit and would like to hear from anyone that has around the same limit. I'm looking to loose around 22lbs to start with and then will reassess it WHEN I hit that goal. Any questions just ask away or if you wanna be my fitness pal so we can spur each other along then just add me. :smile:
