Thanks for the idea. I made a pizza with Flatout bread, 1/2 Italian sausage, tomato sauce and italian blend shredded cheese. It was 364 calories.

My blood pressure has been high lately and it concerns me because it's always been really good. I was going to look into DASH. I think I could do DASH, but I don't think I can ever get the fruits in. I don't like fruit. None of it. :-(

MIL is correct. I do it in the oven on a cookie sheet. I slice the peppers and onions and cut sausagw into thirds. I toss with EVOO and crushed garlic.

I made the simplest, laziest black bean soup for lunch. 2 cans of black beans (not drained), a jar of salsa (or can of diced tomatoes) and a cup of broth or water.
