I'm drinking crazy water (3.75L a day), and yes, lots of veggies. Not so much fruit but I do get some for my morning snack and with breakfast. I do a salad for lunch with a lean protein. I just want to know if it's wrong of me to have that high of a calorie deficit at my weight. I'm still physically satisfied with what I'm eating. I actually think I'm eating more because I'm totally into numbers and I like logging. Should I purposely eat more if I don't feel hungry at all?
