Problems with appetite
So, I've begun reclaiming my body a week ago. My physical stats are H: 5'8" W: 254 A:24. My goal is to shed 80lbs. To maintain my weight, I would have to eat 2800ish calories a day. My allotted calories for the day is 1750ish. I've cut out refined carbs and refined sugar. I'm burning, on average, 400 calories a day, so…
