Iron isn't the only one that can make your energy levels low if your lacking, B12 is another one. If you haven't had a check up with your dr in awhile then it wouldn't hurt to go for one. They will do general blood tests.

gain of 0.9kg but that's ok as i knew i had a really bad week. I was eating everything in sight.

Challenge Start Weight (kg): 75.2 week 1: 75.2kg week 2: 74.4kg week 3: 73.8kg Have been watching what I'm eating but no consistent exercise so far so looking forward to see how i go from this week on when i get back into it.

Today i am back to logging and exercising. I haven't been able to keep consistant with this for the last 2 months so i'm getting back to it.

Belly and thighs for me. I had a lady who comes into work all the time say to me "oh your engaged, that must be why you put on the beef!" Really? you feel like that's fine to say to someone, it still annoys me every time i see her. I have also had a few people think i was pregnant, no i just like food!

I just plan to take rest days as i need them. I have 1, 2 and 3kg weights so will use those where i can. Don't plan on using them straight up though as I'm so unfit.
