I did not know this about Cadbury. The only thing I ate of theirs though was the cream eggs and I haven't had one of those in years. Too sweet for me now! I do adore Hershey's. I have to keep away from the kisses though. I could demolish a bag.

I think I absolutely adore thin crust pizza with cheese, roasted peppers, garlic, pepperoni and mushrooms. I would eat it every day if I could, although I can't just stop at one piece so that's a problem. I'd like to know the reasoning behind her stating this. I also think you need to ditch your dietician if this is the…

No one said it was. The debate that is going on is over the fact that someone stated that they never, ever, EVER go out to restaurants any longer. I cook dinner 5-6 days out of the week but I also enjoy not having to think of what to make and having someone else wait on me. As I stated a few posts up going out to a…

Because sometimes it's nice to NOT cook for yourself or others and go out and have someone else serve you? I love Friday nights because that's the night where I don't even have to think about cooking. I also love my Friday nights because we go out to the same restaurant and meet up with friends and have made several new…

Why can't you just go to the gym and squat?

I don't cook with salt either. I never have yet I don't find restaurant food to be too salty. Some places sure, the food can have a bit more salt in it but 99.999999999% of the time? Nope.

I couldn't imagine it. I love Friday nights because I don't have to cook!

So you just don't go out to eat at restaurants? Like, ever? And I'm not talking fast food places. I'm talking sit-down, lingering meal, several courses restaurant.

You mean meat?

I used to eat fast food one or twice a week and gained a lot of weight from it. I pretty much just stopped eating it and never experienced cravings for it. I'll eat it once in a blue moon - like maybe once or twice a year - but that's it. It really makes me feel like garbage the next day so I stay away from it. I much…

Depends on which one you like better. I personally like both.
-
It honestly depends on where I was. If I were in a sketchy area I'd avoid drinking the water and having ice in my drinks at all costs. More local places I wouldn't be as worried. With that said there still is the chance that you can get a contaminated ice cube in a drink.

Reading that made my head hurt.

I like rice cakes. I put a bit of PB or cream cheese on them and they make a good snack.

There are a lot of things that are high in saturated fats.
-
Why though, besides your view on the fat that's in them (which fat isn't all bad for you. One needs fat in their diet). What good reason is there to cut out meats and dairy?

Speak for yourself. I absolutely love veggies! We had a fantastic garden this year and there was nothing better than picking cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower . . . . all sorts of veggies and eating them fresh from the garden! We froze a lot so my biggest problem is WHICH veggie I want to eat with my meal. Mmmm.…

Wrong. Besides that BMI is an antiquated system that means nothing.

I'd be pretty bored with that kind of salad too. There is no variety! Like I said I can -- and have -- eaten salad for dinner for 2-3 days in a row. Every salad is different and I enjoy coming up with them as I make them. At any given time my salad can have: Tomatoes Cucumbers Peppers Onions Artichoke Hearts Hearts of Palm…

I do DDP Yoga which is a more intense version of yoga (in addition to my regular daily workouts) and have lost inches from it.

If I eat back my "calories burned" it's not on purpose. I'm really not one who exercises just so I can "eat more" simply because the "burn" that is calculated -- be it via whatever cardio machine I am using, HRM, the amounts in the system -- is more than likely highly inaccurate and over inflated. If I were to eat all my…

No because it's the men you need to be fearing. They're the sketchy creapers.

Insanity is a very intense workout (not sure if you've done it before). I did it a couple of years ago and like you my intent was to do a double workout: insanity as my cardio and then my weight lifting every day. That did not end up happening. I was pretty exhausted after my insanity and the thought of going to the gym to…

' It also depends on whether or no they are fat soluble. If you take a fat soluble vitamin with out a food containing fat then yeah, your body isn't going to absorb the nutrients.
-
OP didn't say she wasn't going to eat food, just that they don't like veggies. You asked how they would get necessary vitamins and minerals. I said supplementing. And no, your body doesn't have a hard time absorbing vitamins. If it did then they would never be suggested when someone has a vitamin deficiency.

What are you putting in your salads that makes you not like them? I can eat -- and pretty much have eaten -- salad almost every single day and every one that I make is different and delicious. My favorite part of making a salad is coming up with what I'm going to put in it. Are you eating other things with the veggies or…

Um, supplementing with vitamins?

So don't eat broccoli. Find a veggie that you actually like.

This is the recipe for regular store bought milk raw milk recipe is different. Heat 1 quart milk to 180degrees. Cool it down to 120. Whisk in your starter (this would be 2-3 tablespoons of regular yogurt) Put in mason jar, cover with towels and put in a warm spot for 12 hours (the longer it sits the angrier it is) I put…

Make your own. It is so easy and inexpensive. After the first batch you just use the yogurt from the current batch each time for the starter. The only time I buy yogurt is weakened a new starter.
