Me too! I tend to avoid processed foods and sugar (added) where I can

This made me laugh so hard! I often have this thought cross my mind

This sounds really basic but I will put it out there anyway - I find whenever I get tired and at the beginning of the day I have a few minutes (and a quick walk if I can manage it time-wise) outside. The fresh air seems to kick my brain into gear and I feel like it is a bit of a re-set. Another thing that really helps me…

I did WW for a year or so, had a break and now am on MFP. I find I think more about what I'm eating with MFP because of counting fruit and veggies - and I am also making more conscious decisions to allocate my calories to nutrient-rich foods rather than just 'spending my points'. I also far prefer these forums  Good…

What on earth do you have planned for dinner? I usually have far less than that so I can either have more snacks or a big lunch - keeps me feeling fuller for longer

I'm in! I'm 134 at the moment And hopefully this will keep me focused over Christmas/New Years

December 1 this year? That's a lot of weight quite quickly - it might be worth going and having a check up with a dr about the pain either way - but you're eating enough to stay safe/healthy? - Wish you all the best :)

Hi Christine - nice to meet you. The group Not That Heavy Girls might be good for you, I've found their resources etc to be really helpful. - Good luck! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/499-not-that-heavy-girls

Welcome! Always nice to meet new people, and I like your intro!

I log my cheat days - even if only because over time I've realised my 'cheat' foods are getting healthier and healthier as my palate changes - Welcome!

I think we often 'see' our own issues with ourselves when we think about or see other people - ts human nature. Funny how when you're on this journey you become a bit more self aware of it though. - I'm the same and in loosing a bit of weight over the last few years I've realised how judgemental I am of others in their…

No histamine intolerance is a different condition to either allergies (which I also have) or a gluten intolerance. It's more like your insulin levels of you have diabetes - some foods have more sugar (or histamine in my case) which you have to regulate. Gluten itself isn't high in histamine, it's a part of a group of foods…

Congratulations - those pics are inspiring! Well done

Sounds like we are pretty exact twins! (Except for your admirable levels of exercise!)

I'm new too! Age: 29 Height: 5'4" (163cm) HW: 163lbs (74kgs) CW: 136lbs (62kgs) GW: 128lbs (58kgs) I walk the dog for about 50 min each morning and usually again at night. I'm trying to get to the gym a little more but despite my free membership from work I've only managed once in the last 3 months...

Coconut water - makes me shudder just thinking about it

Hi Tiddles, I don't have any specific advice (and it looks like there have been some suggestions far more expert than I could make here anyway) but I just wanted to say it does get easier and you're doing really well. I have suffered from major allergies all my life and just recently have discovered the list is longer than…

I would love to join too! I lost just over 12kgs (26 pounds) on weight watchers 2 years ago and have now put back on a bit. Sitting at 64kg (141lb) wanting to get to 60kg (130lb).
