Same here ... at 5 lbs off my target and just can't seem to git 'er done. :\

50 yrs young here. I signed up on MFP last week. Have dropped 22lbs and my goal is to drop another 5, but I seem to be stuck ... hoping that by signing up here I'll be able to figure out a way. Walking lots, and unfortunately I too had to cut down on the Beer & Wine. :'(

Best of luck to you, dropping some weight will most certainly help your back problems. Baby steps .... and if you can fit a short walk in, do it ! The fresh air is great. Stay determined and before you know it, you'll start feeling better.
