My ultimate goal is also 125 but in the next month I don't see that happening...too much weight so I will shoot for 135.

I try to eat as much veggies as I can and just don't hit 1200 off that alone. It's a ton of food. I have come close though with roughtly 850. I agree with the above posts. If you trying to do better for yourself, plan to rely yourself and yes a new group of like minded friends may be beneficial. Even if you don't make new friends, remember that this is your journey and you should embrase it to the fullest for yourself.
