My diet is mostly vegetarian. I'm moving towards a plant based/vegan diet/lifestyle.

I'm 5'4 and weigh around 190lbs. My goals is to reach 140lbs eating 1400 calories a day. Had a few rough days being sick, but I usually stick to my calorie goal. Concern about my health is what started my weight loss journey too. I have the chance to turn things around now! Good luck on your journey!
