It costs money a local business might not have to perform such assessments. It costs money to generate the information and put it together in a way that is usable to consumers, and honestly, it might not even be a priority for them to do so.

Venti Soy Iced Coffee with Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce Syrup - 160 cals. Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with Splenda - 120 cals. Grande Skinny Green Tea Frappucino no whip - 180 cals or so. IIRC. All good and feed the fancy beverage addiction.

Probably GNC Chocolate Total Whey Protein - it made me really nauseous. That's probably the only that stands out as completely horrific.

I've lost about 100 lbs. Confidence increased. The way I felt about my body changed. I can run a lot, fast and for long distances. I enjoy it. I gained self control (sort of) over food. I can lift. I have a killer set of legs. I joined roller derby. I've set my sights on bigger and badder things. I became less afraid of…

I love Dunkin Donuts. They have coffee and a DD Fit Menu which has a nice range of options for keeping the calories in check if thats your jam. You can also research their nutritional menu online, so you know before you go - the nutritional guide is also great if you are concerned about your macros. Most places are like…

You have to trial and error to figure it out. It's part of the process. That way when you figure it out, it will stand to be a more lasting change.

Microwave Nachos - a serving of multigrain tortilla chips, with a serving of shredded cheese and a ton of salsa. If I have chicken or extra protein laying around, that too. Hits the salty and the fatty craving and comes in with decent protein. If you follow the serving size, you have your portion control as well. Also, a…

Walking, definitely. It's the easiest way to start. If you need goals to work towards, you can set mileage goals or even mile pace goals for walking, that way you can measure your progress. As you build your endurance, you might find that you want to try running and C25k programs are excellent for starting out trying…
