I started with the Zip, moved up to the One and am now using the Flex. I really like the Flex for the sleep tracking as well as activity tracking. But I am thinking about moving up to the Alta which has the vibration feature to remind you to move every hour which is not a feature with the Flex. Fitbit has a great dashboard…

Just for today: 1. Plan work week's lunches and dinners 2. Drink 100 oz of water 3. Spend 30 minutes working on organization of home since I think the disorganization leads to out of control eating. 4. Stay as cool as possible and hope for an afternoon thunder storm in sunny hot Florida.

I'm a Central Floridian also. Getting to a point of no return so I'm trying some honest logging. Looking for motivation also. Will add you.

[quote="kshama2001;35263252"[/quote] Thx for exercises! I also found some Theraband stretches that help with inversion and extension of the ankles. I'll try to post here.

Totally agree with this!

Thx everyone for your tips and encouragement. I particularly like the one of giving myself reasons on why it would be worth. There is also the ability to make good choices even at the fast food restaurants. So I just have to aware of what is better for me and still satisfies my taste buds. I say it's for convenience but…

I just started at Planet Fitness but am a little uncomfortable. But I'm finding that using the stationary bike and treadmill is helping me get used to the "feel" of the gym. Maybe doing that will help you also. Otherwise I was researching simple calisthenics on YouTube. Good luck.

I'm also a junk food addict and once I get started, I can't keep control over portions. That's my worst problem. Realize that I need to get control over my poor eating habits.
