I have found that having bigger meals that really fill me works better than grazing all day. I add lots of vegetables and potatoes which I find filling. I do have four meals per day because otherwise I have too much time between inch and dinner

Eat fewer bigger meals with lots of vegetables. Look up volumetrics recipes. You are already at a very low weight for your height. The lower you go, the harder it is to cut calories.

I just made a quickie last night. I bought frozen Birds Eye zucchini lentil pasta with Cheddar sauce. I sautéed some mushrooms (but I'm sure you could use any vegetable) and added some Trader Joe's Italian chicken sausage to heat it up. Cooked the birds eye in microwave 4 minutes.
