Anxiety attack led to a lot of hard pretzels and a huge chocolate peanut butter cookie. Still feeling the anxiety, and now I'm bloated. So, when it feels like you're about to go under, how do you deal with your issues?

Same here. I've loved noon-time walks lately, feeling the sun on my face. It's rejuvenating.

I am really loving fresh berries and cottage cheese far more than I've enjoyed a glazed donut. I know, it doesn't sound as appealing. But I just feel so much better -- literally, better inside -- than the donut. Hang in there. The craving passes.

I've been there. Not with the deep frying, but I live in a neighborhood where I can walk to restaurants and bakeries and ice cream shops. Amazing how far I can go off course with the slightest bit of temptation. Hang in there. And enjoy the chocolate when you go off kilter. :)

Meditation. Anyone tried it? Liked it? I've done it for 12 days now, a Gratitude plan by Deepak Chopra. I cannot vouch for whether I'm truly getting it, but I do feel more calm as I go through my day.

According to the Genius at the Apple bar, the reason why my Mac and my iPhone no longer sync and talk to each other is because my Mac is "vintage". Makes it sound exotic, like a collector's item. So at least I have that going for me.

Complete smorgasbord of bad foods yesterday. At least I didn't drink, so the only hangover I'm feeling is from the excess calories. Woke up with a craving for watermelon and blueberries and cantaloupe.

Right there with you, and for me, it's stress eating. And I don't even notice how much I've eaten until there is no more left. Literally. Like, where did that entire can of almonds just go? So what's your secret to being consistent? I'll track for maybe 3 days, and then totally blow the calorie count. Which means no motivation to track again. And then I'll step on the scale a week later, and tell myself, 'you really need to start tracking again'. Repeat.
