KALE! That's what Dr. Gregor recommends...good job, Mihani! Greger recommends sticking to low-oxalate greens (i.e. basically any greens other than spinach, swiss chard, and beet greens). After this box of spinach, I will try kale. Not happy about that. But will do it.

Well, my sleeping has improved the last two days since having smoothies. I also slowed down the eating close to bedtime.
