  • Hey guys! I've been looking for some more support, so I would be happy to add you all. I'm 24 and I've struggled with my weight loss a lot. I'm at 232 and my goal is 160.

  • Yesterday I managed to do it for the most part. My living situation doesn't allow me much access to gluten-free foods, so I just try to stay away from carbs.

  • Go for a long walk or drink a few glasses of water. That seems small, but it motivates me. I love to walk and go on hikes, so it is rewarding for me.
  • I am going to try something new and go gluten-free when it is possible. I noticed when I did it before my body felt a lot better. I just have to get used to eating for the right reasons and not the taste. Thank you so much for the encouragement.
  • It is a lot easier to lose when you actually have a support system. But, I have found that if you don't lose for yourself, then it is easier to just give up and not follow a strict routine.
