Ive decided not to give myself a timescale as such but to just have mini goals to achieve along the way. I'm 14st 4 at the moment and my next goal is 14st 0. I'm hoping to do it in a couple of weeks but if I don't I'm not too concerned as long as I'm going In the right direction.

Hi. Although I'm a bloke without children I feel I can relate. I work shifts, have had a few fitness issues (knees) etc and have a roughly 15lb to lose.
