Have a look on IIFYM.com to get an idea of what you should be at. I'm doing really well with 30%-40%-30% p-f-c, which works out around 65g fat and I'm only 50kg.

PhD diet whey, smart tec and the bulk powders range are all excellent. Low carb and around 20g protein per scoop. PhD and smart tec tend to bake better (or mix with Greek yogurt). Bulk powders make a smoother shake.
