Needing help with foods

I am fairly new to this and would like any help with meeting my daily macros of 113g carbs, 226g of protein, and 50g of fat. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm no expert but with those macros, I would suggest lean cuts of meat like chicken/turkey breast, sirloin, or pork loin. Load up on veggies and have some fruit, but try to steer clear of starchy foods as they're pretty high carb and will put you over you limit quickly.0

The protein goal seems crazy high and the fat goal very low. If you're new, you can most likely go with MFP's recommendation for a while. Then you won't need so much help, because you can eat normal food and food you like. Weight loss is about calories and time, and health is about balance. More is not always better, contrary to common/modern belief.0

Have a look on IIFYM.com to get an idea of what you should be at. I'm doing really well with 30%-40%-30% p-f-c, which works out around 65g fat and I'm only 50kg.0

Honestly, no need to go higher than 1g protein per lb ideal body weight.0

I agree with the others...your protein seems high and fats low.
Here are my stats and macros (set by my trainer):
Female, moderately active, 5'7" 183lbs
168g protein, 114g carbs, 57g fat0
