Well...i have but its been pretty poor. Over last 2 months ive implemebted a structured program off arms chest shoulders and back and abs. With an hiur cardio each day. So when i say lifted; i havent had a well structed lifting program

Hey mate! Yeh i was unsure about that number as i thiught i wiuld be shredded at 6% but he does it for competitive bodybuilders so i guess hes reliable. I need more mass dont i? Then when i cut back id be in better shape? Umm i beleive he means eating at a surplus but eating clean foods. So defintely bulk correct?

Im not sure my body fat, id say 12%? I wouldbt mind it as long as when i cut back ill be in better shape

Im more inclined to either bulk or cut :/ what wouldnyou say woukd be the next step going forward? Im going for an aesthrtic type body. In the long run haha

Hey mate. Im currently still split between bulking and cuttibg. Was going to keep cutting for another couple of month then bulk after christmas. Should i bulk now? Im still not happy with thr body fat if im honest :(

If i had one to give haha! Just carry one lifting while eating at a deficit and that will be get lower, correct?

Ok just making sure. Currently cuting and making sure i stay in a deficit and eat a decent intake of protein while lifing too.

1750 calories not counting any excercise i do. That was MFP reccomended me for a 1lb a week loss.

Yeah I guess. I just really struggle to get up that early haha! Also when I used to lift in the morning I was really weak and fatigued :(

Heya, Nah im actually very surprised. I dont have loose skin, dont know why I dropped 110 lbs in 12months. I think it may be because im young? But im mostly dont wanna end up really skinny fat before I start really focusing on muscle gain i guess.

Ah cheers everyone. I just was quite anxious from potentially dropping 90 minute cardio a day down to 45. Wasnt sure if my body would carry on losing. Looks like alot of people do that sort of quantity too though.

Ok cheers haha. Well yeah, I put my measurements in said 1960 calories so presumed thats how many calories by body is meant to have without the deficit. So I think I must be eating in a 1000 deficit a day? :open_mouth:

Wow? MFP tells me I need to eat 1960 calories. Ive been eating at a 600-900 deficit under that! So basically, that 1960 calories is already included in the deficit? Guess that explains the 4lb weight loss :open_mouth:

See, I have no clue! Im new to MFP tracking so am quite unsure how Id react to a meal out at a fast food outlets/restaurant. I think ill just try eat very low calorie foods for my first two meals so I have a better chance with the last.

What would you reccomend? I dont want to spend a massive amount of time on resistance training currently but I do understand and acknowledge the benefits of strength training. However as fat loss is my main goal, my workouts are more centered to cardio currently.

Well..I was going to do Cardio 90minutes a day. (Gym 45minutes a day before and after work) to drop the body fat but also start doing a Arm-Chest-Shoulder split with Abs every two days to tone up. However only a couple of exercises per muscle group as I dont think I eat enough to gain any muscle mass (except noob gains)…

Ok straight away I am going to say I was incredibly wrong. Just tracked my Macros for my breakfast, I estimated 200kcal for the Oatmeal and banana, correctly calculated it was 450! Mad how much you actually underestimate calories in food!

I am losing I believe, I kinda went from 20st to 13st then back up to 13st 13 last few months. However I got back on it this week and went down to 13st 7 first week, so, as I am unsure what weight I was when I started (definately 13st 10+) I dunno how much I lost but defiantly dropped abit of weight.
