Im cutting right now. What would happen to my body if i uped my protein and fats and reduced my carbs too 30-35g a day? Never done it before

Poor session! Frustrated...
So ive been doing a bulk for 3 weeks now, my first time ever. Nothing has changed ate the same amount of calories (3000) and the same macronutrient ratio (40/40/20) but today it was chest day and i really struggled to lift the same as my previous session. Does this happen sometimes?

Stomach bug - struggling to eat. Should you still train?
Whats the concensus on training if your unwell? Ive got a stomach bug, and dont really have an appetite therefore not eating much. Should you still train? Or rest up and recover? 3kg on first 2 weeks - anything to be worried about?

If your wanting to gain muscle you eat at a calorific surplus and make sure your hitting your correct protein intake correct? What happens if your still eating alot of protein but eating at a deficit to cut?

So my workout week is planned for 45 minutes cardio 5 times a week after work. Eating at a deficit 6/7 days a week.
