Poor session! Frustrated...

So ive been doing a bulk for 3 weeks now, my first time ever. Nothing has changed ate the same amount of calories (3000) and the same macronutrient ratio (40/40/20) but today it was chest day and i really struggled to lift the same as my previous session. Does this happen sometimes?

Rest, stress, etc. all play a part. Some days you're just into it and others not. That's just how it goes sometimes.

I do pole and I get this every so often, usually for no obvious reason whatsoever. Being able to deadlift a move beautifully one day then struggling into it the next is incredibly frustraiting though, so I feel your pain!
