What ratio does and measurements does everyone use while cutting.

I am a 5ft 10 guy weighing around 77kg. Trying to drop body fat. Eating around 1750kcal

Currently I am aiming for:

200g Protein
150g Carb
35g Fat

Also drinking around 4/5 litres a day

Any suggestiona for me?

Some might say that yoru fat is a bit low, especially if you wanted to be at that level for a long period of time. I'm not sure where the line is, but IMO, it's not alarmingly low. If it were me, I'd drop protein and raise fat a bit, but that's mostly out of personal preference, not because I think there is anything inherently wrong with those numbers.

Hmm interesting. Is the carb level ok?

    Yea, it's certainly reasonable.

When thinking about macros, IMO, one should think about them as ranges, not as exact numbers. Anything within the acceptable range is, well, acceptable... and where you try to fall within that range is based on goals, preference, etc.

Is 100g of carbs OK? Sure. Is 250g OK? Maybe. But where you fall within that range is up to you (let your goals, dietary preferences, etc determine that). Same goes with fats and protein. Is 125g protein ok? Probably. Is 175g? Yep.

    See what I'm getting at?
