Hi, so 2 years ago i used to weigh 20st ( 127kg ) i now weigh 12st (76 kg) i done this by mixing cardio eating at a deficit. Last 6 months ive been lifting more.

My PT at my gym advised me to clean bulk for 3 months untill end of feburary and then cut again for the summer.

Here are my stats:

Weight .. 76kg
Height .. 5ft 10
Body fat: See picture, got it tested by PT

My goal is too have an aesthetic body, a beach body if you will, so good abs chest arms and low or kinda low BF to show the muscle off

Should i bulk or keep cutting?

Your own self image is what's important. I personally don't like men with too low of a body fat%. I'd say either recomp or bulk for you.

On a purely superficial glance, for me, your chest and shoulders could use a little mass. To me.

I'm constantly surrounded by roller skaters, so I was hesitant to talk about lower body stuff since my perception and aesthetic is skewed.

I don't see any loose skin at all, wow! Congrats!

Not much help on the bulk decision, was just in for pics!

    What's your BF %

How would you feel about the inevitable weight gain?

Winter is a good time to bulk IMO
