    depends... are you eating at a deficit or at maintenance or at a surplus?

    Now may be a great time to look into eating more at a bit of a surplus and build muscle mass. Bf % looks quite low!

    Hey mate. Im currently still split between bulking and cuttibg. Was going to keep cutting for another couple of month then bulk after christmas. Should i bulk now? Im still not happy with thr body fat if im honest :(

    I myself would be eating at maintenance and going for a recomp for a while.

    You'd need to do shots relaxed and flexed but probably 10-12% I'd guess

    I'd be looking at bulking / recomp now

    around 12%.

    But i think if you started a long bulk (especially now in the winter) you'd be happier by the time you get back down to this bf% again.

    Recomposition

    Eat at maintenance, lift heavy ...like bulk and cut but without the cycles

    There's a good thread in maintenance
