As someone who also suffers from PCOS I can tell you the basics to controlling it are... low carb, high fiber, high protein and at least 30min of cardio a day. I agree with the ladies above, I just want to add.... exercise is also key to controlling PCOS. I was diagnosed a few years ago and I noticed that when I change my diet alone, the results aren't as drastic as when I add exercise. You don't need much... just 30min a day of cardio will make a difference!

So glad I found this post.... I was diagnosed with PCOS in my mid twenties (31 now) and until a few years ago, I didn't think that was the cause of my weight problems. Thanks for the info and good luck to everyone!!
