Tips for women with PCOS

I am 23, gained 100 lbs in 6 months suffering from PCOS, not diabetic, went to the doctor in time. But I do need tips, help, or advice with How to deal with this, get through it, and become better. Thank you.

    There is a PCOS group here on MFP, you should join and I am sure you will get tons of information.
    As someone who also suffers from PCOS I can tell you the basics to controlling it are... low carb, high fiber, high protein and at least 30min of cardio a day. If you walk right after you eat, that will help your body use sugar intake for energy.
