  • I'm jumping in here a little late, but boy do I need this challenge. I'll be walking at work - 15 minutes in the am and 15 in the pm. Also I'm doing the Fit in 10 exercises once a day. Just started on my 50 lb journey again!
  • My thing is Mason Jar Salads for lunches made from dinners (roasted chicken, steak, fish etc.). Check www.organizeyourselfskinny.com. I also make a low carb soup for the week.
