  • Just because something is not bad for you doesn't mean its good for you either. False dichotomy. Given most of the evidence, its just neutral. It can be good if it helps you stop cravings for things filled with sugar or bad if it did the opposite. Its like a knife, good or bad depending on how you use it.
  • Same here. MFP ratios are so strange, I'm guessing they're based on like 5-10 year old nutrition science. Also the caution to change them is in red, like they're trying to scares us off.
  • Xanthum gum has no taste. Its not the ingredient that makes the taste of a dressing. I've never tasted this dressing(or chipotle) so I can't give an opinion. Although greek yogurt on its own my dressing of choice for salads, plus it gives a bit of protein!
  • Xanthum gum, made primarily from vegetables, apparently from corn in a lot of cases. Its actually from natural sources a great way to form a creamy taste without calories.
