I've never had any friends ...

Like everyone else has stated, it's the overall calorie goal for the entire day that is important. As long as you eat at, or slightly less than, your daily calorie goal, you will be okay.

Before I started MFP in 2012, I use to eat nothing but junk food. My wife on the other hand ate healthy. I never forced her to eat the way I did and I was always impressed by her willpower to avoid the fried, fatty foods. She also never forced me to eat healthy. None of us fully knows your situation, but maybe have a heart…

I'm aware, I was being facetious.

In PF's defense, one night a month of pizza isn't going to derail anyone's diet.

I don't know what "diet pop" is, but I do drink diet soda.
-
Feel free to add me, I enjoy motivating others and receiving needed motivation.

This! You don't become overweight by not being a big eater, most of the time.
-
I don't track sugar. I'm not diabetic and eat a relatively balanced diet. I just watch my overall carb numbers and make sure I hit my fiber goal daily.
-
I personally would not do a slimfast diet, but I think their shakes in the can tastes great!

However, having a bunch of women motivates men to workout harder, sometimes. It's magical, there are no sitting on benches and wasting space when women are at the gym. All of the men are pushing all of the weight they can.

A 20g protein bar.

I have love for PF because it was the gym I joined when I started my journey. I lost 120 lbs while going to that gym. I left and joined Anytime Fitness because I wanted to deadlift.

If she has a self control issue, any attempt at restricting sweets will backfire and lead to a binge. The best way to learn self-control is through moderation, especially when it comes to food.

Make it fit in your calorie goals. Even if it's daily, if you make it fit, it won't be a problem. I just had a rice krispie treat and it fit perfectly.

30 pounds? No sweat! Feel free to add me.

I'm weightless.

I honestly do not believe any of what the OP posted. That's just crazy.

I'm going to have processed bananas for breakfast this morning. I couldn't get to Southeast Asia in time for the fresh ones.
-
I bet if you had a fresh banana from southeast Asia, you would love it!

That's true, that's true.
