Did you get it in Southeast Asia? No, lol, I'm being facetious.

It's been processed with processed bananas bought in the grocery store. You have to go to a factory in southeast Asia if you want a fresh banana.

You don't know why I argue. You can't just assume the reasons I argue.
-
I love processed bananas. That fresh store bought taste is the best.

No one called you lazy. However, according to your diary you are not eating enough for your active lifestyle. This is what @Barbs2222 is trying to tell you.

I thought it might have been a new diet fad. You know, "Meals by Heather," or "Healthier with Heather." You never know.
-
What is a "Heather" meal?
-
It works for me.

BM?

But, we haven't met yet.

No. Eat bears. Eat them raw.

I like high carb, high protein, and high fat diets. They're my favorite. They are also the reason I am here.

Your weight gain had nothing to do with swapping diet soda with unsweetened tea. You simply consumed more calories than you burned. Also, I have not read any scientific peer-reviewed studies linking diet soda to cancer. You would be hard pressed to find something that doesn't supposedly cause cancer these days. Just living…

I love artificial sweeteners.

My brother in law had a lot of success with IF, as far as weight-loss is concerned. I wouldn't know the effects it would have on cholesterol, however any type of diet that makes you healthier couldn't hurt.

I'm too technical with stuff like this. I would log it for today because midnight technically starts a new day. That's just me though.

Calorie deficit=weight loss. It is that simple. The exercise is secondary and should be used more for fitness than weight loss. Even starting out by walking 15-30 minutes a day will probably net you huge benefits. Buy a food scale, weigh everything you eat, and log accordingly. Make sure you stay in a calorie deficit and…

I have a feeling, many people who say "new year new me" in 2017 will be saying it again in 2018, and in 2019, and in 2020...

Like @Chieflrg said, coffee is much cheaper than a pre-workout. I would say try both and do what works best for you.

I'm soooooooo glad you brought this up. This is a real issue. So many people work out after 8 pm and wonder why they make no progress. The evil spirits and demons are out to get us. I was one of these folks until I was delivert.

I second getting fitted. I wore neutral running shoes from a big box store the first year I took up running. I didn't even know there were different types of running shoes until I went to an actual running store. I learned I severely over-pronated, needed stability shoes, and was buying my shoes a size too small for…

I tend to have recurring hip issues when I run. I finally realized it was from running as hard as I could every workout. I now only have one hard run a week, and my other 3 runs are easy. You may be overdoing it. Scale back and make sure the majority of your runs are "easy."
