Hello! Not sure if you are still looking for a 430 gym partner, but if so, let me know. I have just recently started working out at Golds in Live Oak. Tues and Thurs with a trainer, but go the other days for cardio. Im not the best at weights..mainly bc I'm not familiar with the machines.
