Hello! Do you do triathlons? I have done a few myself. I do log daily. Feel free to add me.

I love peanut butter on my apples. Hummus and veggies, raw almonds or laughing cow cheese wedges with some veggies are good as well.

If you are a meal planner, log everything at the beginning of the day. That way it's one and done. If u have a smart phone using the bar code scanner makes it easier.

Keep at, don't give up and dont be so hard on yourself. I know easier said than done. I started running a few years ago and I still have days that suck but I also have days that are great. One of the things that I started doing is through FB following Runner's World. They are great about giving tips for beginning runners.…

Totally satisfied with my goal. I am 5'10 and 155. Now I am just wanting to focus on more muscle building which I have been slacking to address. I actually surpassed my goal weight loss which I thought would be 170. I have never been a size 8 my whole entire life. It's hard for me to understand people when they say, "your…

You are beautiful and and wonderful inspiration! Congratulations!

You need to be eating some of those calories back which sounds like you are doing. You dont necessarily need to eat all of them. You still want to have a deficit at the end of the day to lose weight. 3500 cal burned in a week = 1lb weight loss.

Request sent!

I am a runner and a triathloner. I would love to add new runners to my group of friends. In fact I was going to post something in regards to if anyone has experienced hip pain when running. Dont know if it's running or age that is getting me. Add me if ya like.

While weighing yourself is important to know where you are, sometimes the scale doesn't show the whole truth. You might want to consider taking your measurements of your arms, bust, waist, hip and thighs. Just because it's not showing on the scale does not mean that it's not coming off in other ways. You could try weighing…

You even did all that coming down from being sick! I am really surpised with all of the traffic and pedestrians that, they didn't make that a closed course. Thank goodness no one got hurt. Great job, you deserve some rest and relaxation!

I like to drink flavored sparkling water sometimes. The artificial sweetners in it are a downfall.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You are in the home stretch! Try an new workout, grab a buddy and do a workout together or change up your diet like adding new healthy foods. Definetly celebrate you. You have worked really hard to get to where you are. Keep on keepin on!

Congratulations! You rocked it out. I just finished my first one the beginning of August and am also looking at getting another under my belt in two weeks.

When I have a sweet tooth I make sugar free/fat free choc pudding and top it with fat free cool whip and some chopped almonds. Almost feels like I am having a "bad" sundae. I also bulk up my pasta with veggies

Thanks Lindsay. Yes, I have gone to the lake a couple of times and have done some swimming and it sure is a whole lot different than the pool. @ Pkfrankel, I wish that they had something like that where I live. I tried to check into persons who could show me proper form but had no luck. I am not going to beat myself up if…

Thanks ka97! Good luck on your race.

I have heard about duathons. I have also thought about trying one of those too. Swimming is not a strong suite for me.

Feel free to add me. I have learned that once you are committed to working out there are no exceptions. You just do it. Good luck.
