I've had that chicken before. I think I'm gonna switch to that one after I finish my tuna. That way I can switch it up. I found a protein shake that was only 150 cal with 30g in protien. I also got a protein powder and half a scoop of that in my greek yogurt for breakfast with a tbls of peanut butter on whole wheat bread.…

I'm also an advocate of frozen food crockpot cooking. My chicken would actually come out dryer than if I used thawed chicken. Taste comes from flavor. You need to learn what flavors you like first then anything you put in cooker will taste good.

Thanks auddi..that's what I did today. I knew I wouldn't burn as many calories with the yoga so I went ahead to see what I needed work out wise to get me back under. I'll do the same next week. I "made" my own recipes to help determine what to put in my burritos to help me reach the protein goal but maintain calorie goal…

Why should I be eating back some of my calories? I've had other ppl tell me I should be eating 1400 and not 1200. MFP tells me 1200 so that's what I've been sticking with.

That used to happen to me until I started to use frozen chicken and cooked it on high. 2-3 breasts would be done in about 2 hours and falls apart. Frozen chicken will have more moisture so while it's cooking it keeps more the chicken more moist. Season as you desire :smile:

I never eat as much as the calorie counter tells me. I'm either at the 1200 or less...I keep reading that it's important to "fuel your body" but I'm also afraid that I'm not able to appropriately calculate the calories I'm burning.

I do the cardio in the morning and then a HIIT in the evening after work. Every other day I add weighted hula hooping for 10-20 min.
