  • Maybe invest in some kettle bells, start with the lightest one, hook your foot through it, sit on a chair and start slowly moving your leg up and down, swap legs. Once you start to feel ok with the lightest move up to the next, over time it will feel better.
  • Its not easy, but you also must exercise, this gives you additional calories back. I guess the truth is, you must also be still eating to much. Myfitnesspal works, Ive lost 56lb since March, but Ive walked or run 820 miles since May, stick with it and be disciplined in using the program, it will work then.
