We're very similar! I'm 22, always the average weight until I had a baby and now I weigh 155. I've had a lot of luck with Fitnesblender workouts, mainly eating clean, and portion control. And great job on your weight loss so far!0

being stuck at a weight is really hard. You just have to look at your life and decide what else is there to change. You may not want to hear this, but I don't think loosing weight is only about the calorie change. You may need to be changing WHAT you eat...look at salt, look at the quality of your carbs, look at your sugars, look at your exercise...do you need to bump it up to a higher sweat? What I found on my 70 pound loss is that when I stopped loosing weight I needed to change something. Good luck. Add me as a friend..I'd love to support!0

Its not easy, but you also must exercise, this gives you additional calories back. I guess the truth is, you must also be still eating to much. Myfitnesspal works, Ive lost 56lb since March, but Ive walked or run 820 miles since May, stick with it and be disciplined in using the program, it will work then.0
