Sorry if you think you answered already but just to make sure, does that mean you are weighing all solids on a scale (in grams/oz)? I ask because a few options were posed, including cups, spoons, just scanning packages and it's not clear which you are doing.

Is it this one? https://www.birdseye.co.uk/range/meat-free-mealtimes/green-cuisine/meat-free-bolognese-mix#undefined If I'm reading it right, on their site it says 2 servings in a packet and one serving (175g) is 121 calories.

Yeah, I've moved to black coffee and like it now, but I simply cannot get used to tea without milk.

I also found oat much better than soy. Rice milks was ok but very thin, and I didn't like almond at all. Depending on whether you are avoiding dairy as such or just lactose, my preference is to get a lactose free cow's milk, as that is the closest in taste and texture.

Good luck! I'm also going for drier January, rather than dry. I started late, but I figured cutting back and consuming less is still an improvement, even if I don't strictly do it for a full month.

Are you reading any of the replies on your other threads and actually paying attention to the message? We have already said you may not lose weight every day or even every week and you need to monitor the trend over WEEKS.

How much is "much less"? What is your calorie goal and your current height and weight? Sounds like you may not be eating enough in general, or perhaps low on electrolytes.
-
All of this. Once you are at a more reasonable calorie intake level, I would also check what kind of activity you are doing that you think burns an additional 900-1100 calories. That's quite a lot and would take most people a lot of time exercising, so you might want to start by eating back only half or 75% of those…

Agree, I'm a woman and I very quickly (less time than June - November) got to 60kgs squats on the strong lifts programme without any previous background in weight training. Are you sure you are measuring the weight correctly (e.g. also counting the weight of the bar)? It sounds like you might benefit from focussing on…

That's interesting, I usually find the opposite! I am not 100% because I only started on the 2nd, not the 1st, but so far sticking with it. How is everyone else doing?

Whereas where I live, you can only get the public test if you have symptoms or if the national authorities contact you to tell you you are at risk (e.g. close contact of someone who tested positive). If you want to do it as a precaution, or because you might have been in close contact but you were not informed by the…

Calorie deficit is the ONLY thing that works. It is the science between how weight loss happens. Your friend is very wrong, I'm afraid. As already mentioned on your other thread, you will not lose weight every day or maybe even every week, even if you are keeping a perfect deficit and doing everything right. Weight…

Yeah, all the postal services where I live are experiencing delays and backlogs with more people ordering online in general combined with the holidays. It will probably just take a little longer than expected.
-
Well 10,000+ steps/day is definitely not sedentary, I'd say it's probably active (but then don't eat back the treadmill calories on top).
-
How tall are you and are you male or female? Is that the calorie goal set by MFP when you entered your desired weight loss? It may or may not be high, and those exercise calories could be overestimated depending on what you are doing. Most importantly though, how are you calculating the calories you eat? Do you weigh your…

Wow, I just checked my Fitbit and I did 3,200,000 last year, and only got the Fitbit late April. I'm surprised. I think I will aim to beat that this year, it will give me a prompt to keep moving, even when the weather is not so great. Thanks for the idea!

Agree with the above. Also, buy some protein bars, tins of tuna or bananas or something on your way home so you have something to eat tomorrow if you find yourself without time to make a proper meal.

I am!

I don't get it. Why is it "lol"? It's a genuine question, you posted a recipe and I don't understand how to make the recipe.
-
But was it really one single bean or two beans? You can't get more than 1 or 2 on a teaspoon.
-
8lbs in 2 and a bit weeks sounds like it is working to me! You won't lose weight every day, or probably even every single week. Weight fluctuates all the time for a variety of reasons (hormones, water retention, food in digestive tract, salt intake..) so you need to monitor the trend over a few weeks.

It's food. Does food break your fast? Then yes. What if it was a handful of almonds, or an apple, or a tablespoon of peanut butter, why would chia seeds be different? On the other hand, absolutely nothing will happen if you eat food during your fasting window other than you break an arbitrary rule.
-
Perhaps it's meant to say tablespoon? Even then, I wouldn't measure beans in "spoons" but at least you'd get more than 2 or 3 beans!
-
A teaspoon of chilli beans? Isn't that about 2 beans?

There are a lot of threads about Weight Watchers on here, comparing people's experiences of the two systems. If you search for that or "WW" you should find some info.

I would recommend a food scale, weighing is much more accurate than measuring for anything solid (so almost all your food). You may be eating more calories than you think. It's possible your watch is also over estimating the calories burned.
-
I don't understand what a "main person" is and why it's any of their business whether or not you log your food or how long it takes you. How old are you? Do they have some sort of responsibility over you? I would say if you had success before with logging and tracking, then stick with that. We all have to find a way that…

14lbs of lean muscle mass by mid-February? How long were you bulking before the tighter lockdown rules?

Eating disorder. Why do you have to do what "someone else" says?

I did it 2 years ago and did find it motivating to get out and move. I didn't run all the miles, I also counted purposeful walks (not all my steps or the routine quick morning dog walk, but any time I intentionally walked for exercise). It is doable so if you think it will inspire you, I say give it a try!
