^^ what they said. Also, no one ever "needs" a cheat day.

The OP has started multiple threads over a period of weeks, all asking the same questions. I didn't mean the language, more the repetition of the same queries which have already been responded to several times.
-
Seriously, again? I thought you were just a bit lost and overwhelmed but now I start think you are trolling...
-
Seriously, you keep asking the same questions over and over again. Read the replies to your previous threads and please, read the most helpful threads that are pinned (fixed) at the top of each forum.

I read your post, this is it in full with no further context: For the OP do you want him to work out or work out with you? Most guys aren't going to be fans of dance classes, etc that many females enjoy. Since the OP didn't mention she does dance classes, I just found it a bit of unnecessary stereotyping to go immediately…
-
Women do plenty of other types of physical activity, we don't all like dance classes (and some men do).
-
Well, it won't do anything for weight loss so if you're just doing it for that I wouldn't bother.
-
Are you @nadinebanda3048 ? If so, you've already asked this a few times so I would recommend going back to the posts at the top of this forum on getting started and how to set up MFP.
-
What do you mean you've been "putting in" every step? How are you adding them?
-
This, and do you weigh everything in grams/oz or also use measurements like cups and tablespoons? Any cheat days? Logging all drinks and condiments? How long since you lost weight on the scale?
-
Hopefully it was something else then, not covid. Glad to hear in any case she's feeling much better.

I went to a migraine clinic a couple of years ago. Like you, I would get periodic migraines, which are unbearable and for which I need to take something stronger, but would also regularly get less severe headaches. I used to take normal painkillers for those but they advised me not to because the pain medication over a…

My first thought if you have lost a few pounds but seemingly gained inches would be it's hard to measure yourself in exactly the same spot every time and you may just have picked slightly different areas. What is your current height and weight?
-
You don't "need" to work out any time, and most people certainly don't work out more than once per day. You will lose weight if you eat fewer calories than you burn. Exercise is mostly for health, and can help you with the deficit, but it's more important to focus on your food intake. I suggest you read some of the most…
-
Eat more. If you have set your MFP goal to lose weight, you are expected to eat back the calories you burn through exercise in addition. Why are you exercising 4-5 times a day?
-
It's impossible to say how long it would take to lose a certain number of inches from a specific body area, weight comes off from all over, as it wants.
-
You already had multiple replies in that thread to say you cannot have gained 10lbs of muscle in 1 month and some of it is probably water weight. It's not just muscle or fat, you also have to consider water retention.
-
Firstly, you can't convert fat into muscle, they are different substances. So if you are eating at a small deficit or maintenance, getting sufficient protein and doing adequate strength training (i.e using your muscles - I would suggest to follow a proper training programme) you should be able to simultaneously burn fat…

How accurately are you monitoring your intake? Are you weighing all your food on a scale, counting all drinks, condiments etc., cooking yourself and not eating takeout?
-
I didn't read the question as looking for fast food takeaway options, the OP said they cook and meal prep so for that, you can certainly buy Mexican food ingredients in the UK. Indeed if you mean just takeaway places then I agree, it probably depends where you live.
-
Plenty of Mexican food in the UK (and McDonald's everywhere else).
-
This, you need to log the mince (ideally in grams) and anything else you put in the party, then log the bun, log the cheese, log the ketchup, mayo, etc. If you just search for "burger", you have no idea what is included and in what quantity.
-
When you say "weigh and measure", how much of your food are you weighing (in grams/oz) and which things are you just measuring with cups/spoons? It's possible that the issue lies with your food intake logging rather than exercise.
-
What did you eat before you lost weight? Is there something you cut out that you could add back in?
-
By Fitness Pal, do you mean this platform that we are all on now, My Fitness Pal?
-
Are you the same height, weight, age and gender as the OP? Individual's calorie needs vary.
-
1500 is the absolute minimum recommended for men to ensure adequate nutrition, so I think you should definitely eat more. Why are you aiming so far below your goal?
-
Don't set your calories the same as another random user, you have no idea how their stats compare to you or how active they are. Use the guided set up on this site (MFP), which asks for your own personal weight, height, activity level and tells you how many calories you should eat.
-
You have been asking how many calories you should eat for a few weeks in many threads. I can see you've tried (random?) various numbers, and also calculated the amount to lose 1lb or 2lbs per week. You keep changing and I don't think you're giving it enough time to assess whether it's the right amount for you. I strongly…

OP if you temporarily make your diary setting public, people may be able to spot any issues and give you better advice. Edited to add: you mentioned weekend cheat days, are you still having those?
