Maybe you can share a picture of the label or at least the brand.

You are probably retaining some extra water for muscle repair as a result of increasing exercise. This is temporary and very normal when you change your exercise programme, just stick with it a couple of weeks. You don't need to immediately lower calories or change your macros.
-
You likely don't have enough weight to lose to target 1kg per week and should be aiming for a slower rate of loss. You should be netting no less than 1500 - if you exercise to get below that net you are probably under eating.
-
No. It is not "very slow", it's just been 4 days.
-
4 days is far too soon to make any assessment. Monitor your progress for a month and then see. I can highly recommend using a weight trend app like Libra to see your trend.

I agree with this. Experiment and see what works for you personally, maybe it's walking while listening to podcasts, maybe puzzles, maybe painting or some kind of craft you really have to concentrate on. I find those kinds of activities more restorative than say Netflix, where I am often half watching and half still…

There are so many plant based options these days, you can probably find a non-dairy alternative for most of the things you currently eat (depending on where you live, but where I am there are many plant based mills, yoghurts, cheeses, ice creams etc.)

I don't know what "large" means to you but that still sounds quite high, especially for less than 3000 steps. On Saturday I did 16,900 steps and burned 2270 calories in total that day. We are probably not the same height/weight/age so your values will differ of course, but that seems a very big difference.

This, and also re-read the replies to your other posts. You need to pick a reasonable calorie goal and then stick with it for a few weeks to assess your progress.

I'm not American or in America either, I have a European Android device and it works.
-
I think the issue is that your expectations are too high. You've lost 2lbs in almost 3 weeks, that's great! As mentioned there will be fluctuations, especially at that time of the month, so just keep doing what you're doing!
-
I'm using Android, why do you say it's not compatible?
-
She did write she doesn't drink coffee and is not consuming lots of caffeine.
-
Do you mean up to 5 energy drinks a week, or should it have said per day? If it's really per week then you're drinking less than 1 per day, I highly doubt it's that.
-
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. You're basically only spewing "bro science" at this point. I agree with the arrogance comment. This is a public forum, it's not "your thread", you can't tell people to "stay out of it". People are trying to engage in discussion, clarify things, question assumptions, add context - these are all…

If it's free speech and you can take it or leave it, then other people can also post whatever comments/disagreements/opinions they like.
-
It says "it's been maybe a week" right there in the question.
-
Then you ate something that doesn't agree with you or ate too much of something/in general.
-
You lost almost 4 stone, or 56lbs, in just over a month? There must be a typo there.
-
So for each 45 minute session, you are getting around 800 calories burnt? I would say that's too high - a lot of people find the MFP database over-estimates exercise calories and recommend eating back a proportion (e.g.50-75%) of them.
-
No. Just all no.

The type of food you eat isn't what you should be focussing on if your goal is weight loss (balanced nutrition is important too, but I guess this is more of a weight loss question). You could eat a banana, a salad, a hamburger or a chocolate bar but what matters is how many calories you consume. If you eat fewer calories -…

Is it the only sport you are playing with your boyfriend? You mention that for other sports you are not good at, you don't get emotional, so I'm wondering if the connection is not being good at something you are doing together with your boyfriend or that he finds important.
-
Think about it this way: what will giving up achieve? You say you have goals to reach, isn't giving up going to guarantee you don't reach them? We can hold water weight for a number of reasons: more salt than usual, hormonal cycle, muscle repair, stress... it's impossible to control water weight, just keep following your…

Ok, share then!

No! Why? Nothing wrong with keeping your normal body hair if you are happy with/prefer it.

Finally got around to trying this today, it worked pretty well! They were a little eggy, a bit like an egg muffin. I might try with one egg and egg whites next time, or perhaps I need a different protein powder. I think they just need to be a little sweeter for my taste, will keep experimenting!

See above.

Yeah, same here, and I think in most of Europe actually. It's tough to keep going.
