Yeah, the program rounds all the numbers so you get some skewed results sometimes.

How/where did you get that calculated actually? Because my forearms and wrists are rather thin. However, shoulders are broad and my calves are rather thick. So I don't fully believe I have a thin frame, but based on my wrists I probably should...

Possibly… what's your current weight and height? Fat loss doesn't occur evenly, though… and there is no telling really how fat loss will occur, I have been able to make out my ribcage even when I bordered into overweight. Most of my fat loss has occurred on my tummy and in the face though, so there hasn't been any real…

Bonus of this tool… you get to see your progress. Dropped from Slovenia to Croatia. Yay!
-
Can you define what you mean by being skinny and big boned? I am rather big boned (have a large frame, thick calves), when I was younger you could see my ribcage and spine easily, I wasn't underweight… is that what you are asking?

Brilliant!

This is less about buying food than about cooking, but it pays off surprisingly well to find ways to use your scraps and minimise waste, as well as how to actually store some of the foods you cooked. It may sound a bit desperate, or odd. Truly though, you'd be surprised. Seriously, just about every popular Italian recipe…

Short answer… what everyone else said and also don't listen to Dr. Oz. You can find a far more detailed answer in these two posts here if you haven't seen them yet: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/761810/the-starvation-mode-myth-again/p1…

Something from Free People. Don't care what. If I reach my goal weight. I am buying something from Free People. Also, crop tops. :)

Others will point this out, but you are not tracking accurately. There are a lot of things measured in terms of spoons, and whole fruits. The avocado you are eating may be much larger or smaller than the avocado logged into MyFitnesspal. Do you weigh your foods? I see you ate 100g of hotdogs somewhere. Are you sure it was…

I think this pretty much nails it. Whether you associate behavioural eating disorders with addiction or not.

I love black venere rice. It smells like popcorn when you cook it.
-
are you sure you are eating 1000 calories? that is the amount recommended for 2-3 year olds. I find it seriously hard to believe you are maintaining at that amount. also, why do you think you messed up your metabolism?
-
as in, you are actually stuffing your own ravioli? Kudos then! I do not have the patience.

lol, indeed. but your post made me realise that I could come me across as really believing this stuff.
-
I just include them in my day and make sure it fits my calorie count. I had a Krapfen for breakfast. A sort of German doughnut. Some know it as Berliner.

My first reaction… UUuuuuh nope. Now it does: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/de/pronunciation/britisch/raw

Oh, obviously! Should have specified. I like taking these kind of stupid tests for fun and see what I get. The gene thing in the description at the end really is interesting though, if it's valid.
-
Yep, you'll be surprised once you start doing that how big at an error you may be.
-
Apparently I am a constant craver by 58%. I don't fully believe the description, although the if the gene thing is valid it may actually apply to me. Would be interesting to test and see if there is anything to it.

oh! spinach and ricotta roll! similar to the above, except you need to make the dough and then make one large roll with it. cut it up and put it in the oven. sprinkle parmigiano and butter all over it and leave in the oven until golden.

Why does it appear to me that OP deactivated? -.^

Lol. I am going to admit, if it turns out this is originally a German thing, I will not be surprised. It sounds very much like the kind of extremely pragmatic system yet healthy they'd come up with. I swear a large part of Germans are just hippies with an extremely pragmatic approach it everything. I mean, I don't know if…

Yep. Look up "The Twinkie Diet" if you have doubts. Just make sure you log all of it and stay within your calorie limit.

"Pasta e Fagioli" Pasta and Beans. Typical north Italian dish. Seriously, do not diss it until you tried it. If fills you up even in tiny quantities and is delicious. The original recipe calls for some bacon in it, but you can just as easily take it out. Other ideas – Veggie Lasagna Polenta with mushrooms Quiche (just…

Lol. I guess I would be as well if I walked into a supermarket and suddenly had a bunch of sheep heads starting at me. ^^ that is pretty true and really applies to anything, when you think bout it. I recently discovered you there was faaar more edible stuff in a crab I could have ever imagined. notably the entire…

stir-fried? just slice'em all up, put them in a pan with olive oil (or butter, if you prefer) and a clove of garlic. cook for a few minutes. remove garlic, sprinkle with parsley leaves mode ideas: stuffed – take out the stems, chop em up, mix with dried/stale bread crumbs, some cheese and any other ingredient you like…

My mom. She was always incredibly think all her life, so that she always saw my sister and I as being big and has constantly been commenting on my weight these past years and suggesting me diets. If I manage to get down to the weight I am aiming for… she'll still see me as big. I have bigger bones and a bigger body frame…

 Oh, and tripes! Forgot about those! I really need to visit the Faroe islands one day, I keep hearing marvellous things about them. What do you actually do with those? Do you roast them and carve off the meat? Or are they more for soups and stuff?
