Forgot to do my official weigh in this morning, so I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning. I think Saturdays might be my new official weigh in as I can take my time to do it, rather than rushing about for work. Fingers crossed I'll have lost a little, but I'll be happy with a maintenance week as I've had a couple of…

What do you like? Sweet/savoury? I have tried to cut out all snacking, but over the Christmas period, I think that's going to be difficult, so I'll be having lots of fruit, I think.

Well, my cold cleared up and I saw the scales move. Lost 3lb this week. Been a tough week, mentally. But, I'm now 24lb down and people are beginning to notice. Pleasing stuff.

68lbs is a great effort! Your toddler will thank you. Just this morning, I had to deal with a tantrum as I wouldn't let mine have my satsuma that I was taking to work. He loves his fruit!

Clothing is fitting better. My GF bought me a pair of jeans a while ago and I only wore them a handful of times before they didn't fit. Now they do again. I also find myself bounding up the stairs and rushing around with a little more zip. Partly because I'm lighter, partly because I'm eating better so have more energy!

I'm hoping to begin the new year with a weight starting with an 18. Last Friday (27th November), I weighed in at 19st 6lb. So I'm hoping to lose at least 7lb and keep it off. Or, lose more than 7lb and not put on too much over the festive period. I don't have many parties to go to - a buffet at work and Christmas…

I play badminton once a week (although not this week) and I do some home HIIT exercise videos a couple of times per week (look on YouTube for The Body Coach). I also coach rugby, so I'm reasonably active when I do that - but not as active as when I played the game.

Hi, I'm Carl. Been a yo-yo dieter for years. Lost some weight some years ago, but since stopping various sports/exercise (due to injury, operation and rehabilitation), I put weight on. I started my most recent (and last!) weightloss journey around a month ago. I'd not stepped on any scales for over 2 years. I used a set of…
